All downloaded iPhone Apps exit after 2 seconds, what do i do?

i bought an iPhone a couple days ago and have downloaded many apps since then, so thjis morning i noticed it was running a bit slow so i turned it off (all the way off) and rebooted it, now non of the apps will open for more than 3 seconds, am i really going to have to take into an apple store?

I’ve had this problem too. Plug it into your computer, open itunes and let it sync. If this doesn’t work, make sure you have installed all the updates.
