Access Apps trouble on Cell phone?

Okay… been having some trouble on my cell phone and was wondering what might be up.

I own an LG (Alltel) phone that, as of recent, has not been allowing me to get into my Access Applications. (Where ya download ringtones and such) Everytime I log into my Access Apps programs such as Real Tone Jukebox, my phone cuts off!

I mean it completely shuts down, then comes back on and goes to my main screen.

has anyone else ever had this problem?
